Prudential Now Offers Concierge Care Services for Life Insurance with BAR Policyholders

As part of their ongoing commitment to provide the best possible customer experience, Prudential is now offering Concierge Care Services to all new and existing life insurance policyholders with the BenefitAccess Rider or the Survivorship BenefitAccess Rider (BAR and SBAR) in approved states. These services are available whether clients are currently healthy and planning for the possibility of chronic illness, or they're currently contending with a chronic illness.

Concierge Care Services include access to the Caregiver Advocate website for applicable customers and their invited family members, caregivers, and friends.

These services can help clients:

• Overcome some of the challenges associated with finding care and determining
   the cost of care.
• Find local healthcare providers and care facilities.
• Devise a plan to stay at home and remain as independent as possible.

 

Existing customers in approved states will receive a letter with information on how to access these services. These services will be free of charge and provided by LTCG, a third-party vendor and leading provider of business process outsourcing for the insurance industry. If additional assistance is needed, clients or caregivers may call
to speak to a live Caregiver Advocate.

State approvals: 34 states begininng 11/9/2020: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, GA, GU, IA, IL, IN, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, PR, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA, WA ,WV
