Oscar Agent Appointment

Are you ready to get appointed? It takes less than five minutes.  Make sure you have the below items - you’ll need each of these to complete the appointment application:

• NPN
• License Number
• Bank account details (or an address) for commission payment
• E&O policy ($1M/$1M; note that agents can use the Agency’s E&O if it covers employees)

Remember to:

• Select "BrokerNet" as your General Agency for Ohio
• Also appoint your agency if you prefer (you’ll need agency name, NPN, and license #)
