BUA's NAILBA Certified Case Managers
BUA is proud to announce our case managers are working to earn their NAILBA Certified Case Manager (NCCM) credentials. The NCCM credential is the marker of a committed case management professional who has demonstrated the wide range of knowledge essential to managing life insurance cases in today’s challenging insurance environment. The NCCM certification shows that a case manager possesses an in-depth understanding of all facets of the life insurance process.
Client applications have begun to require more involvement from case managers in recent years, and the current pandemic environment makes the case manager's role even more critical. When advisors or clients choose a brokerage agency and/or carrier to engage with, participants can discuss the process with confidence knowing their front line personnel are NAILBA certified.
