Zurich - Product Closure Announcement

As Zurich continues to build a sustainable life, accident and health business, they are announcing the closure of the following products to new sales, effective February 1, 2023:

• Zurich Wealth Builder IUL
• Zurich Select IUL
• Zurich Survivor IUL
• Zurich Term 10, 15 and 20

To make this transition easier for distributors, formal applications in good order will still be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2023, so long as they are received by the home office by 5:00 Central Standard Time. All policies must be fully funded and delivery requirements must be received in good order by 5:00 p.m. on March 28, 2023.

Zurich will also continue to review informal applications and QuickQuotes that are received by the home office on December 31, 2022 by 5:00 Central Standard Time.

Zurich's future product roadmap will be a combination of individual supplemental health and guaranteed/simplified underwriting term life products, with first tranche of new products expected to launch in mid-2023. These products will align with Zurich's vision to helping ease financial burdens for both individuals and their families through a combination of Life and Health solutions.

As Zurich moves forward with their diversified growth strategy, there will be no disruption in service for in-force policies.
