Renewal rate hold coming from Kansas City Life Group Benefits

Renewal rate hold goes into effect

Recognizing many clients and brokers are facing hardships at this time and, to ease some of that burden, Kansas City Life Group Benefits (KCL) is forgoing renewal rate increases for clients renewing coverage May 1, 2020, through Aug. 1, 2020. Policies renewing during this time frame will retain their plan anniversary month and will be reviewed in 2021.

The lone exception will be dental clients in the state of Washington. KCL will still be processing renewals as is required by the Washington state mandates.

Please be advised that all KCL communications to clients and brokers reside on their website for easy referral.
