BUA Commission Rules
BUA pays very competitive commissions to our valued agents. Most of the time, commissions are paid to you directly by the carriers, however, when commissions are paid to BUA instead of the agent, we follow a set of rules/procedures.
1. BUA runs commissions twice per month on the 15th and 30th.
2. All statements received by the 10th of the month will be entered for the 15th commission run. All received by the 25th of the month will be entered for the 30th run.
3. Once commissions have been processed on the 15th and the 30th the agent’s statements from BUA will be sent out within one business day.
4. After reviewing your commission statement from BUA, please contact us if you find an error.
- Documented errors will be corrected if received by the 14th for the 15th run and 29th for the 30th run.
- Undocumented errors will not be processed.
- Errors received after those dates will be included on the next statement.
5. The minimum check amount is $100. Amounts less than $100 will be held until the limit is exceeded. All accounts are cleared on December 31st.
