Lincoln Benefit Announces Changes to the SIA Premier Cap Rate Structure
Enhanced Lifetime Income Rider will Offer Higher Caps

Effective May 17, 2010, customers electing the Enhanced Lifetime Income Rider on the SIA Premier will receive a higher cap rate than customers who do not elect the Enhanced Lifetime Income Rider.
This change will only impact the cap rates on the indexed accounts and not the crediting rate on the fixed account.
