Changes to Golden Rule Individual Health Products

The following changes were made effective 5.1.2010 for all UnitedHealth One plan design options:

  • You must be 19 or older to be on a stand alone plan. Golden Rule has discontinued selling Child Only plans.

  • Golden Rule has removed the maternity rider (complications are still covered).

  • Golden Rule has removed the 24 month rate guarantee option.

    In addition, watch for additional communications from Golden Rule in early June relating to all changes to plans that will be made as a result of Health Care Reform.
