Medical Mutual of Ohio Announces New Vision Discount Program Replaces Value Vision III

Effective February 1, 2010, all Medical Mutual members in the Ohio individual (SuperMed One), small group (2-99) and select large group (100+) markets will have a new vision discount plan through VSP Vision Care (VSP) called VSP Access Plan. This new vision discount program replaces Value Vision III.
Members using VSP’s Access Plan will enjoy a broad network of providers and a vision discount platform that is easy to understand and use. Members can look up participating providers at www.vsp.com or by calling VSP Customer Service at 1.800.877.7195.

For agent Use Only
(1) Discounts valid through any VSP Preferred Provider within 12 months of the last covered eye exam.
(2) Custom LASIK coverage is only available using wavefront technology with the microkeratome surgical device. Other LASIK procedure may be performed at an additional cost to the member.
(3) Laser VisionCare discounts are only available from VSP-contracted facilities
