Please do not submit writing agent contracting unless a piece of business is included.
Presidential does not appoint writing agents until the first case is submitted unless a "pre-appointment" state is involved. The pre-appointment states are GA, KS, MT, NC.
All agents doing business with Presidential Life are required to pay any resident/non-resident appointment fees.
These fees may be sent in the form of a check or money order and should be made payable to 'Presidential Life Insurance Company'.
