West Coast Life Suspends Sure Advantage Fixed Annuity 2 Year Surrender Period

West Coast Life has announced a change to there Sure Advantage MYG Fixed Annuity. Effective Monday October 5, 2009 the 2 year surrender period will no longer be available.
