Effective Wednesday, October 28th, the ING Envoy Three Fixed Index Annuity will close.

All applications with checks and 1035 Exchange/Qualified Transfer paperwork business must be signed and dated by October 27, 2009 or prior and received in good order at ING Annuities no later than the close of the market on Tuesday, November 3, 2009.
