American National has announced effective Wednesday April 1, 2009, the minimum guaranteed interest rate for all Non-MVA Fixed Annuities ( WealthQuest Citadel 5&7 Diamond, Palladium Century, and Palladium Advisor ) will return to the NAIC Index of 2%
