Group Administrators: Add or Deletes Online!

MyBenefitsCompanionis Companion Life’s online administration system that has been available to all group policyholders since 2006, and is accessible through www.CompanionLife.com. Approximately one-third of Companion Life Groups are currently using MyBenefitsCompanion to their advantage.

Online functions that are available include adds, changes and terminations of employees, dependents and coverage.

An enrolled Group Administrator can also view his or her group’s bill history, bill summary and bill image. Using MyBenefitsCompanion, a Group Administrator can also request a new bill, add or change banking information, or pay a bill. New ID cards or certificates may also be requested via MyBenefitsCompanion.

Properly used by Group Administrators, MyBenefitsCompanion provides accurate premium statements reflective of a group’s current enrollment.

If you have groups that are not using Companion Life’s MyBenefitsCompanion, you may want to consider recommending that they enroll by accessing www.CompanionLife.com, then clicking on the link Group Administrators to begin the enrollment process. Companion Life Adds Dental Tourism Option to Help Policyholders Save Money

Companion Life has teamed up with a leading medical travel facilitator to offer its dental policyholders preferred pricing on travel and treatment at dental clinics outside the United States.

Traveling abroad for credentialed dental care, also known as dental tourism, helps policyholders maximize their dental benefits. Prices at the international clinics average 60 to 80 percent less than in the United States, so Americans can save thousands of dollars on extensive dental care, even after factoring in travel costs. Members’ dental benefits will help cover treatment costs at the overseas clinics.
